We met with the manager Joanna, she is very helpful and professional. The tour she gave of the apartment complex was extremely thorough and informative. We were left with a very warm and friendly feeling after our appointment. We went home and my husband and I both commented on how this had been one of the best first impressions of an apartment manager that we have experienced. We decided based on our meeting with Joanna, that we would accept the apartment she offered us without going to our other appointments. We are very happy with her customer service and we would recommend Pacific Park Apartments. Monica and Frank Zacher
