The reason I chose this place because they were so kind to my ladyfriend when she went there. When I arrived back after a couple of days to get new frames, they simply said "no charge", which in itself was a surprise; when I offered the sales lady a tip, she told me I could leave a small donation, which Pearle Vision passes on to help folks in less privileged countries. Really restored my faith in humanity.
