The Worst Service!
I took my Note 5 to be repaired and they said they would send it to Missisauga to be repaired. A week later they asked me how to unlock it. Three weeks later I phoned, but there's no answer. I go to the store and they say they don't know where the phone is. More phone calls and more "this voicemail is full" I finally get the phone, but they had lost my data. They had already charged me $45 to restore the data. They said their computer hard disc drive is corrupted. They didn't back up their own computer so everyone's data was lost.
But to be fair they said sorry and how it wasn't their fault.
