O service provided.Promised appts with installation of upgraded equipment and no follow up by them although repeatedly contacted Very poor service. Over charged on original evaluation visit and then failed to respond to questions on their proposals. After 3 months of little to no response we needed to hire a different supplier in order to get our Control 4 system back into operation.
