I Didn't like the flavor or after taste. If I had read the ingredient list first I wouldn't have wasted my money. Good pork rinds don't need a chemical flavor enhancer like Monosodium Glutamate. Why Canola oil? Read the inconvenient truth about Canola oil. The best pork rinds I have ever tasted were simply pork rinds cooked in there own fat.
