He solved a difficult issue with the Windows 11 security upgrade. He solved in 20 minutes what would have taken me hours to do and I'm pretty good with computers. He upgraded the RAM in my gaming PC which he built and 5 years ago. It has been flawless and now runs at lightning speed.
