    this will be my 4th attempt to make contact with head office. issue with your london ontario store and its installer which no one wants to address. this company would rather send my account to collections agency rather than discussing my issue about the installer. your company should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring a bully installer to women. and nobody wants to hear that...nobody wants to discuss this installers bullying conduct. this is really a shameful to a company of your size.
